Frequently Asked Questions

Caring for Your Handmade Pen

Your handmade pen is a unique piece of craftsmanship, deserving of the utmost care. To ensure its beauty and functionality for years to come, please follow these simple guidelines:

Temperature and Humidity: Avoid Extremes: Wood, being a natural material, is sensitive to drastic changes in temperature and humidity. Keep your pen away from extreme heat, such as leaving it in a hot car, and excessive cold. Ideal storage conditions are in a cool, dry place with moderate humidity.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Gentle Cleaning: When cleaning your wooden pen, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the finish. After cleaning, ensure your pen is completely dry before storing it.

Proper Storage: Protective Storage: To safeguard your pen’s finish, store it in the provided gift box or a protective pen sleeve. Avoid Direct Sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the wood to fade and crack.

By following these simple tips, you can enjoy your handmade pen for many years to come. Remember, a little care goes a long way in preserving the beauty of this handcrafted treasure.
