For OLLI at Penn Sate, Local penmaker Todd Hawbaker presents a showcase of his handmade creations, detailing the intricate process of turning wood and hand-poured resin on a lathe. Todd will share his passion for fine writing instruments and how a bespoke pen can elevate the daily writing experience. More than just a craft, Todd believes handwritten communication—through letters or journaling—provides vital clarity to the human experience. Join us to explore the intersection of artistry and thought, including a discussion on various forms of creative writing and journaling practices.
